You will arrive and be greeted by our friendly staff, and fill out some brief paperwork. It’s important to us that you’re comfortable while you wait!
We will bring you back into our office and talk about why you’re here. We like to get to know you before we test your hearing, and we want to make sure you have an opportunity to share any problems you’ve been experiencing.
Next, we will test your hearing. We’ll walk you through the process so you always know what’s going on.
We will explain the results of your hearing evaluation in depth and answer any questions you have.
If it looks like you will benefit from hearing aids, we will demonstrate some in-office. This will give you an idea of what they can do for you and what they look like.
If we decide that hearing aids are right for you, we will discuss options that fit your lifestyle and budget. At the end of the day, it’s not about the hearing aids we’re selling, it’s about improving your quality of life.
